Lomi Lomi Heartwork – Basic Hawaiian Massage Training with Claudia

Discover the art of Lomi Lomi Heartwork, a deeply nurturing and flowing bodywork practice rooted in the ancient Hawaiian tradition. This 40-hour intensive training offers a transformative journey into the heart of touch, rhythmic movement, and heartfelt connection.
The Heartwork technique is performed using the hands as instrument of the heart to relax and restore balance to body, mind and spirit.

• Basic sequence of a 90-minutes full-body massage.
• Body mechanics and posture for effortless, fluid movements.
• Breath synchronisation to enhance flow and energy.
• Expand your ability to be in the present through meditative practices.
• Gain confidence to offer a quality massage session due to sustained practice and group support.
Who Can Join?
Open to massage practitioners, bodyworkers, and anyone drawn to the healing power of touch.
No prior experience is necessary – beginners are welcome!

Monday: 2.00 – 5.00 pm
Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday: 9.00 am – 12.30 pm & 3.00 – 6.00 pm
Friday: 8.30 am – 8.30 pm (intense practice day!)
Saturday : 9.00 am to 12.30 pm & 3.00 – 6.00 pm
