Oceanic Bodywork Fire & Earth is a unique synthesis of bodywork that combines elements of massage, dance, singing, and energy work with plant wisdom. It provides stability, grounding, joy, and serenity.
Inspired by traditional Hawaiian temple massage, indigenous ways, and natural forces, Oceanic Bodywork Fire & Earth was developed by Nirvano. She integrates dance from various cultures, rhythmic movement, dynamic and quiet live music, singing, and silence with deep tissue massage, soft touch, and energy work. Years of experience, seminars, training, and studies with indigenous people have contributed to its development.
A core component of Oceanic Bodywork Fire & Earth is Hawaiian Bodywork, rooted in ancient Hawaii and handed down by Kahunas and the Hawaiian temple massage tradition. It incorporates Rebalancing® bodywork techniques, joint release, energy work, newly developed massage techniques, and herbal treatments for a holistic approach.
Oceanic Bodywork Fire & Earth combines long flowing massage strokes with hands and upper arms, deep tissue massage, gentle joint release, dynamic energy work, and the use of hot volcanic stones. This full-body massage, performed by one or two people, is paired with breathing techniques that support the giver’s intuition. The bodyworker is encouraged to dance around the massage table with drumming and soft music, maintaining physical contact with the receiving partner.
This combination of massage, breathing, dancing, music, and songs can evoke deep memories and promote a state of deep mental and physical relaxation, reconnecting the individual with the oneness of nature.
Prerequisites: No previous experience required.
